DAVID COOPER David Cooper came to Bountiful after retiring in 2004 from DuPont Chemicals. For much of the 38 years he was with DuPont, he worked as a continuous polymer flow operator, manning the machines that turned liquid polymers into nylon. He managed to stay retired for about a month before joining Bountiful. Retirement’s loss was Bountiful’s gain because David is the go-to guy for much of the behind the scenes work that gets done in the store. Officially, he’s in charge of receiving and delivery. Mainly, however, he just does what needs to be done. During his spare time, David gardens and says that he loves playing in the dirt. He also loves playing with his five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
