ELLEN FINK, FLOORING SPECIALIST Ellen oversees Bountiful’s 2, 000 square foot flooring and window covering department, which includes carpeting, area rugs, tile, natural stone, hardwood, engineered wood, and laminate products. It’s a point of pride with Ellen, to know her products well and to work collaboratively with customers to determine the best products for their particular needs. She also works closely with contractors and installers to ensure a perfect finished product. Ellen has garnered many flooring industry awards for product knowledge, professionalism, and salesmanship. She works hard and means it when she says that her primary goal is “to be the best that I can be at my job.” For Ellen, being the best has meant learning how to install flooring products herself so that she can know what it takes to do the job right. It also means tempering her hard work with an easy-going sense of humor and an unflappable resolve to make the experience a good one for everyone involved. |
